Congratulations to our budding film makers and stars William Forsyth, Ethan Bellman and Oliver Bellman who entered the Mad at Heart Community Challenge. These young men created, filmed and performed in their own movie about the Croppa Creek Memorial Hall. Their short film was recognised at an award ceremony held at the Roxy Cinema (Bingara) at the end of Term 3. For their outstanding effort, they were awarded a prize of $500 and invited to be VIP guests at Tropfest later in the year.
In an impressive display of their humility, when asked what they will spend their prize money on, the response was "the hall"! Well done - William, Ethan and Oliver!
